Arthur Bugler Primary School in Stanford-le-Hope is currently celebrating after Headteacher, John Bryant, won the ‘Happiest School Employee’ of the year Award at The National Happiness Awards 2019, hosted by Laughology.
Arthur Bugler Primary’s success continued throughout the night. Teacher, Lucy Chipperfield was presented with the ‘Highly Commended Runner-Up’ Award in the Happiest School Employee category. Finally, Arthur Bugler Primary was presented with the ‘Commended Runner-Up’ Award in the Happiest Primary School category.
Arthur Bugler Primary (otherwise known as The Fun Factory) were delighted to be recognised as ‘happiness heroes’ with an exceptional result of three nominations across two categories.
The ceremony was a wonderful opportunity which brought together ‘happiness heroes’ from across the UK in aid of the very worthwhile cause, Haven House Children’s Hospice.
Winning Headteacher from Arthur Bugler Primary School, John Bryant, said; “As a school we are delighted to be recognised for ensuring that our children are the happiest they can be because children learn best and thrive when they are happy!”
